LeBron is significantly better than Kobe and this point in time. At his peak, Kobe was better than LeBron (who was not at his peak). However, Kobe's advantages in several areas are vastly overestimated. LeBron is now actually a better on-ball defender than Kobe, and a much better help-defender, not to mention has chase-down blocks. LeBron's three point percentage last season was 35.2, while Kobe's was 36.1. 0.9 percent. Not a lot. Inside the three-point line, LeBron was a significantly better shooter. When it comes to being clutch, Kobe is extremely overrated. On game-winning shoots within two seconds of the end of the game, Kobe is 7-19 all-time. LeBron is 5-8. The only category in which Kobe holds a significant advantage in free-throw shooting, and LeBron is starting to close that gap.

Obviously Kobe,

Sure their stats are pretty much the same, but honestly, the lakers were good before Kobe came so he really couldn't improve that much. Kobe is also cltuch like no one else since MJ has been. Not only that but 4 championship rings, thats crazy and he is still young. For now, Kobe reamains the best there is.

I'm not really a sports person I'd say Kobe has the experience, lebron has the capability. End of discussion.
